My name is Maria Mosby.  I am your blog liaison here at Personal Home Loan Mortgages. I’m here to provide our readers and our customers a concise resource for them to better understand all the steps involved in home ownership, refinancing, and keeping up-to-date mortgage news. It’s a fast moving industry, and we want to make sure your ahead of the curve.

I joined the PHLM team back in 2008 and shortly thereafter became the blog liaison. Prior to my job at PHLM, I was a real estate agent for my family’s company in Georgia where we were moving property at a pretty fast pace. I’ve handled hundreds of property transactions, all residential, and the majority were single family homes. During my tenure as a real estate agent, I wanted to be the best agent possible and provide my clients a sense of security when I took them on. Whether it was finding them the best home for their needs, or just helping them work with local Brokers and Lenders to make their dream come true.  Thanks to that goal, I learned a great deal of information relating to all aspects of the home purchasing process.

One of my clients said to me “Maria, when it comes to our process in buying our home, you were the calm in the storm. It was a pleasure to work with you!”. I still remember it quite vividly to this day.
