We were looking at a house this company was renting out and when I called the first time, the call went to voicemail. When Sherry called me back she was rather rude and didnt know who she was calling, she asked me who i was when i left her a voicemail with my first and last name and my phone number to call me back. I set up an appointment with her at a time we were both available and when i would be right by the house with the family. I picked my daughter up from school, just hardly 2 minutes up the street from this house, and waited for a call like she said she was going to give me before the appointment. 15 min after the agreed time, i called her back asking if we were still going to meet up. went to her voicemail. another 15 minutes passed before she called back and again was rude and didnt know who she was calling. She apologized for calling back late adn made excuses. I was busy so we set up a later time. at that time we went to the house and expected her to be there, but she wasnt. waited 10 minutes and i called her, again, voicemail. left a voicemail with my name and number for the third time. we waited 5 more minutes with no call back and no show before we finally left. she called me back 30 minutes after our appointment to tell me she was on her way and made up yet ANOTHER excuse why she is late. HMMM. sorry, i think we'll try the other house down the street for more money and less bedrooms. We are sick of dealing with shady realty. I would highly recommend next time you see Owen and Company name on a house to pass it up. This was ridiculous
