Horrible company I rent an apartment from them and the service is horrible if something break it never gets fixed I saw one apartment they are trying to rent out infested with roaches and they never do anything about it. NOthing ever gets fixed!!! Waited 3 years for the bathtub to get fixed!!!! Its all crap. OH AND MAKE SURE YOU DONT HOUND THEM ABOUT THEM FIXING THINGS THEY KICKED A RENTER OUT FOR ASKING FOR SOMETHING TO BE FIXED

i would NEVER go through this realty company EVER again. they are extremly unproffessional. i use the term 'they' loosely because there is only a few workers in a run down shack. they rented out my property at a lesser amount that i did not approve of with a tenant of a ONE year lease that i did NOT approve of. when questioned about any actions or differences in contracts, they DOUBLE TALK, give you the RUN AROUND, then claim that YOU misunderstood. so glad my term has ENDED WITH THEM. i recommend lake charles prop management.
