their ad is a fraud. they state all homes have new cabinets, carpeting, furnace and central air plus a lot of other new items. Do they? NO. They will sell you home with bad credit yes but they pretty much choose the home you get. They know that with poor credit that you probably won't be able to pay for the home so they get your money and the home back eventually. We bought a home from them and was told that they had to the right to come do an inspection anytime to insure we were taking care of it and it was clean. That is bull. They want your money for broken down old homes that have hidden safety problems that could cost you thousands to repair. This business needs to be put out of business. It is taking adavantage of ppl that can't afford or get regular financing from a bank. In the time we "owned" our home we spent thousands on repairs only to have them take the home when finances became tough and we missed a payment. They entered the home w/o keys before we had surrendered the keys to them and less that a week after vacating the premises. We still had possession of the property and anything still in the home was lost. They didn't even clean or repaint anything before putting it back up for sale.
