Rock Creek has raised my rent every time my lease came up - yes I'm leaving. My neighbor has bagged trash/cans on her patio so it looks like we are living next to trailer trash. Upstairs we have 2 adults and two children (half brother and sister {12 and 8 YO's} in same bedroom) a one year old boy half brother to both older children and the woman is pregnant. The maintenance staff has no supervisor but they try very hard. $1035.00 for a two bedroom two bath and the garage is around a quarter mile away is patently ridiculous.
