Rented from Allan Domb. Horrible experience. When I moved into my new apartment, the toilet was broken, and the place had not been cleaned. They never sent a repair man, so I had to have a plumber fix the toilet, costing over $200 - which A.D. refused to pay. Spent one year at the apartment, and moved as soon as the lease was up (after many other problems with the realtor). Charged over $300/month for electric, but would never show me proof of the bill (my electric bill was ~$300 during a month that I didn't even live at the apartment)! When I moved, they refused to return my security deposit due to "damages" I caused in the apartment. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
