Do not utilize the services of Jill Allen. I am amazed that she is in business. She is unreliable, unprofessional and clearly out of her element in sales. Jill has the ability to generate a contract and then believies the buyer is the only party that must follow it. She will then hold your deposit similar to a ransom, either do as she directs (which is unethical and possibly illegual) or she will not return your money. Jill will strip away what should be a happy experience for anyone who is purchasing a home and turn it into a nightmare. Please be smart and avoid Jill.
